We believe transparency is key, especially when looking for your next home. Our one-time fees include the following:
  • $50 Application Fee, per applicant. Nonrefundable
  • $250 Administrative Fee, per household, due upon approval. Nonrefundable
  • $1000 Deposit, per 1-bedroom / 1+Den unit, due upon approval.
  • $2000 Deposit per 2-bedroom / 2+Den unit, due upon approval.
  • $3000 Deposit per 3-bedroom unit, due upon approval.
  • Conditionally approved applicants may be required to pay an additional deposit, please contact property manager for details. 
  • $250 pet fee, per pet, due upon move-in. Nonrefundable

As a Minnesota-based company, we know firsthand that moving in the middle of winter isn’t ideal. That’s why we design most of our lease terms to avoid winter move-outs, though we can accommodate other timelines when needed. Prices and special offers valid for new residents only. Pricing and availability subject to change at any time.

Monthly Charges
  • Water/Sewer/Trash: Billed monthly based on the number of occupants in your unit and its square footage.
  • Electric: Billed based on usage
  • Natural Gas: Billed based on square footage and # of occupants
  • Tech Fee: $75/month, which includes 1GB fiber internet to the unit and secure electronic access to the property and unit via ButterflyMX and Brivo.
  • Reshield Renter's Liability Coverage: $25/month (waived with proof of qualifying renter's insurance)
  • Utility Fee: $8 per month
Optional Monthly Charges:
  • Indoor Parking: $175 per month
  • Indoor EV Parking: $225 per month
  • Storage Space Small: $100 per month
  • Storage Space Large: $150 per month
  • Dog Rent: $50 per month
  • Cat Rent: $50 per month
